Hi, I’m Amy Du, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
I’m an integrative psychiatric nurse practitioner who believes healing happens when we honor the mind-body connection, trust your lived experience, and work together—as a team—to create a care plan that blends modern psychiatry with whole-person support.
I didn’t come to this work from a textbook—I lived it. I grew up surrounded by mental health struggles and addiction, and later faced my own challenges. I know what it’s like to feel lost, to fight for the right care, and to finally find something that works. Medication changed my life. So did yoga, nutrition, and getting to the root of what was going on beneath the surface. That’s why I bring a blended, compassionate, no-judgment approach to every patient I work with.
Whether you're a teen navigating school stress, a professional worn down by burnout, or a mother stretched too thin caring for everyone but yourself—I’m here to listen, support, and walk alongside you. You don’t have to do this alone.
MY APPROACH
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all mental health care. Together, we’ll build a plan that supports the whole you—your biology, your story, your strengths, and your goals. Whether you’re new to treatment or have tried everything before, we’ll work collaboratively to find what actually helps you feel better—for real and for the long run.
Here’s what we may include in your personalized care plan:
Collaborative psychiatric medication management
Root-cause lab testing
Nutrition assessment and coaching
Pharmaceutical-grade supplement recommendations
Supportive psychotherapy:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Motivational Interviewing (MI)
Mindfulness-based strategies
ADHD lifestyle coaching and habit formation
Integrative care coordination
Parenting and family support

Do you—or your child—feel like you're constantly falling behind no matter how hard you try?
Mornings are a struggle. Homework turns into tears. Deadlines slip by. Friendships feel fragile, and confidence is running low. Maybe your child is getting in trouble for talking too much or “not trying hard enough,” and you just know there’s more to the story.I help kids, teens, young adults, and women of all ages with ADHD understand their brain—not fight against it. Together, we build structure, focus, and self-worth using a combination of medication (when needed), supportive therapy, ADHD-specific habit coaching, and tools that actually work in real life. I also support parents who feel lost, frustrated, or scared that they’re missing something important. You don’t have to figure it out alone.
Let’s get your child the support they need to feel capable, understood, and successful.

Do you look put-together on the outside—but feel numb, anxious, or totally depleted on the inside?
You’re showing up, doing the work, taking care of others… but something’s not right. You’re irritable. Exhausted. Going through the motions. You’ve stopped doing the things that used to bring you joy. And somewhere along the way, you lost touch with the version of yourself that felt calm, capable, and clear.I work with high-functioning professionals—especially those in caregiving roles like healthcare—who are burned out and ready for something different. We’ll create a plan that helps regulate your nervous system, improve sleep, rebuild your energy, and reconnect you with purpose. That might include lab testing to identify nutrient or hormonal imbalances, a gentle reset of your routine, therapy, and medication—if it’s right for you.
You’re not lazy. You’re not broken. You’re burnt out—and you deserve real support.

Do you love your child, but feel like you’re disappearing in the process of caring for them?
You’re doing everything for everyone—especially your child with special needs—and it’s costing you your sleep, your patience, your relationships, and your sense of self. You snap more than you want to. You feel disconnected from your partner and friends. And sometimes, there’s guilt or resentment that feels impossible to say out loud.I get it—not just professionally, but personally. As a mom myself, I know the emotional load can be heavy and isolating. I help mothers like you feel like themselves again through compassionate care that addresses the whole picture. We’ll focus on restoring your energy, supporting your nervous system, reducing irritability and anxiety, and rebuilding self-trust—using therapy, nutrition, supplements, and collaborative medication management when needed.
You’re not failing. You’re carrying too much. Let’s lighten
